This popcorn is a perfect addition to your snack rotation.

- 1/2 cup Popcorn Kernels
- 2 tbsps Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast (or to taste)
- In a tall, deep pot, heat oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour kernels in with oil and quickly cover with lid. Give the pot a quick shake and place back on heat.
- Let kernels pop. Shake the pot when popping slows down holding the lid on tightly.
- Remove from heat when popping stops. Pour into a bowl immediately to avoid the popcorn burning. Sprinkle with sea salt and nutritional yeast to taste. Enjoy! (Note: Never, ever, EVER leave stove top popcorn unattended.)
