Access
All participants of a Challenge or Nutrition Program will have access to their Client Portal and the private Facebook Group and coaching calls (if applicable) for 6 months after the end of their date of purchase. Participants will have lifetime access to the Free Facebook group for continued support amongst our community.

Refund Policy
Faulkner Family Nutrition believes that embracing a lifestyle that includes whole foods, regular exercise, including restorative movement, and opportunities for reflection can have a remarkable impact on those who participate. However if you are not fully satisfied, the refund policy is as follows;
For 6+ week Nutrition Programs – if, after you completed the first 3 modules, completed the Habit Tracker, submitted any applicable assignment(s), participated in the coaching calls, and you still aren’t happy with the program then you will receive a refund on the portion of the unused program if paid in full or no further payments will be taken if a payment plan was chosen.

For 3 Session Packages – these sessions are to be used within 8 weeks from date of intake appointment. If, after you received the recommendations, implemented the strategies, etc. and are not happy and wish to no longer continue with the 2 follow up appointments, then you will receive a refund minus the $225 for the intake appointment. 

For Single Session Consultations – there are no refunds for single session consultations or follow-ups.
For Challenges – due to the digital nature of the challenge, no refunds will be offered.

NOTE for any refunded programs, you will no longer receive access to any of the program or its components. This guarantee applies for the first 3 weeks from purchase. No exceptions regarding refunds will be made after 3 weeks. If you do not meet the terms of the cancellation policy and still want to be removed from the program a $97 CAD cancellation fee will be applied.

Appointment Cancellation
If cancellation is necessary, it is required that you provide at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, this may result in a charge of 50% of the session fee.
